​Foundation Health Centre was established by an experienced team of health care professionals who sought to provide comprehensive and quality health care services.  All of our clinician's efforts are dedicated to achieving this goal. By providing care within a single facility our team is able to ensure timely, effective and efficient delivery of services that meet or exceeds our clients' needs.

 

We are comprised of registered Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Massage Therapists, Kinesiologists, and Nutritionists, in addition to consultant Clinical Psychologists and Medical Doctors.  These healthcare professionals work together to ensure our clients receive appropriate care that optimizes their health and wellness potential.
